If you have opted for remote learning for your child, we would like you to complete an online survey to let us know if your child has any technology/device needs to support learning at home. Please complete one survey submission for each child. Please submit your completed survey(s) by midnight on Monday, September 7.
Although every effort will be made to provide your child with the technology he/she needs, we may be faced with limitations in the number of devices we can provide. Every effort will be made to provide the needed technology to all students.
