Students at SBN are encouraged to wear red and white as we support our annual Terry Fox Walk/Run for Cancer Research on September 21, 2022. On this day, we walk/run in remembrance of Terry, who aimed to make a cross Canada trek to raise funds for cancer research to find a cure. We join other schools across Canada as we walk/run with pride to honour Terry Fox, a great Canadian hero!
We will be walking as a school on a designated route. Students are asked to wear red and white, to commemorate our Canadian hero.
We are asking families to help us reach our school goal of $2000.00 by making a small donation to Terry Fox Foundations.
